I am the owner of this house and see that the recent sale transaction has tremendously impacted your valuation. I think that's wrong, because this was a foreclosure transaction that had little to do with the actual market price of the house. Comparable homes in the area sell for about or more than $800K. Not to mention that the house is almost new and it is in an ideal condition.
