viewing value changes over specific time periods

Does your web site have a section where one can see the area (city, or county,) change in market value say from Jan 1 2020 to July 2010?. In otherwords, I am looking for an indication whether the market for a specific area is stagnant, continuing to delcine or is in a gradual up swing - take Eugene, Oregon . What has happen to prices since the first of the year or fo the past year to date?
