Shelia- Here is an easy way...

The manufacturers of toilets usually stamp the date inside the tank. If you think the toilets are original, take a look.

Easy to get this info online.  The gis data has that info or you can call the tax office. If you have any problems, I will get the info for you.

Hi Sheila,

If the home is in Forsyth County, you can go to: http://www.forsyth.cc/default.aspx

Place your cursor over "Online Services" and then click "Geo Data Services." On the next page, click the launch button. A new window will pop open that will allow you to type in the owner name or the address. Do not type in both. If using the address, do not type in "St" or "Rd" as it will not recognize the name. So if you wanted to pull up 123 Main St, You would simply type in 123 Main. And if you don't know the number, just type in Main, and every address on Main will come up.

Most every county has a similar program to use and it is free. However, if you have any difficulty, feel free to e-mail me direct and I will pull the info for you.

Hi

Your county auditor's website should have that information. Just type in the address.
