Tudor on Briarcliff - I don't think the guy died in the house.  He tried to blow it up once and set fire to it a second time.  He was seriously injured the second time and I believe he eventually died.  I used to live around the block from there.

That's how I found your question - Googled "Middleburg Briarcliff Fire Suicide".  I know it was a Tudor on Briarcliff and I think this is the only Tudor.  The realtor would have to disclose it.
