If you've not yet listed your home, then you can claim your home on Zillow, edit facts, upload photos and modify the description.

Once you've listed your home as FSBO, then the way to modify the information depends on where you listed it.  If on Zillow directly, then you can edit directly on Zillow.  If through a feed such as postlets or owers.com, then you have to edit at the source.
