The only way to truly get an accurate value is to either hire and pay an appraiser or have a Realtor come out and perform a Comparative Market Analysis.

I am an agent in Boise and I have found Zestimates to be a problem. It is more often correct in large developments with similar houses. Homes on Bloom St. are often unique and vary from one and other and Zillow has no way to account for that. My best advice is to ask a Realtor for a market analysis.

Hi there,
Remember that Zillow simply provides an estimate based on their proprietary Zestimate algorithm, and is not a substitute for a comparative market analysis provided by a professional who can actually come to your home (in person) and compare it to other similar homes.
Thanks!

we own the property at 4920 w. bloom, in Boise idaho.
We own the home at 4920 W. Bloom, in boise, Idaho. There is a major mistake on our value on Zillow.com. Our home was appraised around $212,000. This month. How did you get the extra $100,000 added to our property? We have not done any Improvements since our purchase date. Thanks Billfowler47@gmail.com
