The simple answer is the TAX roll. Realtors have access to it through MLS. Zestimate can work depending on your state. For example Texas is a non-disclosure state and Zestimate is completely off base 80% of the time.

You can get Zestimates for all the neighborhood homes by opening a property home details page, clicking on the map and then zooming in. If you don't zoom in enough, you'll just see those for sale or for rent.
