what's my house worth?

I own a 2/1, 900 sq ft home in florence, SC, used as rental property. It is in a very desirable location, in a good school district.  Built in 1945, and completely  restored in 2005 with new roof, windows, bathroom, kitchen, re-finished hardwood floors, new H&AC, and  new plumbing.  It is fenced, with a large deck and an outdoor storage builing with electricity.  It has good curb appeal. I would like to know it's approximate value.  Your thoughts?
