My guess is that Zillow got new data on home values from the state and that changed the Zestimate. Unlike most places in the US, the realtors don't give price information to the public so Zillow has to use other sources which may publish only yearly. Your values dropped a long time ago in what has been the most massive real estate crash since the great depression. If MLS released sales data as it came in, you'd see smoother price movement.
