That link should give you the rates but the actual taxes depend on the assessed value of the property.  Older properties tend to have lower taxes relative to new construction.  Also, in this market, you can always get the property reassessed and appeal the taxes to lower them (in Chester county the window is May thru Aug.)

The information that your Realtor sends you will have the taxes clearly listed for each listing, which will help you with your payment calculations.  You may also consult a good mortgage lender to help you determine what you can get preapproved for.
