There are three websites that list REO property.  They are:  www.homepath.com, www.homesteps.com, and www.hudhouses.com.  These are REO properties that are for sale.  If the home is not for sale, then you need to go to the County Assessors office and they will give you the name of the attorney or asset manager who is handling the property.  GET A BUYERS AGENT.  It costs you nothing and they will guide you through the process.

I don't see any address provided, but you can always check your county records by first going to the property appraiser website and searching by property address. Using the owner's name, you can then search the county records to determine who is holding the mortgage note on the property.
