There are cold weather paints that can be used down to freezing temperatures (32-35). But it's best to paint when it's not that cold. Contact a Sherwin Williams store (which sell alot to commercial painters) to see what products are available for painting in cold temps. Your local hardware most likely won't carry such specialized paints.

If you waited this long to try to paint the exterior of the house, I would wait a few more months and do it when the weather gets warmer. Latex paint is water based, the moment it comes in contact with freezing temperatures it will become almost impossible to apply. So, wait till the spring or summer. It is NOT recommended to paint outside when the temperatures are too cold.
