The construction quality numbers is new to Fanniemae. All of the appraisals that require UAD format (Special requirements for appraisers) will have to fill in the appraisal form following these new guidelines. C1-C6 is the condition and Q1-Q6 is the quality. C1 and Q1 is the absolute best. C6 or Q6 is the worst. The definitions are listed in the back of your appraisal.
