Views represents the number of times a page has been viewed since it was created. If it's a Question, like this one, it's the number of times someone has opened the link to this question. If it's a property listed For Sale, the number can be a little tricky. Zillow tracks the number of times the property has been viewed since it was added to their database, not just since the property was listed for sale. So if a property was added to their datatbase in 2007, listed for sale in 2008, sold in 2008, and listed again this year, the Views would be a cumulative total of all the page views for that property since 2007, not just since it was listed this year.
