If autofed from a syndicating website; nothing, but then an agent probably will have to put it on the syndicating site for you.
If you want to post it directly on the site yourself, click "my Zillow" in the upper right corner of the page, or click your user name or your avatar picture to open your profile page, the click on "listings" in the left margin, then "create a new listing".
Rental listings cost the same as for a "featured" for sale listing... $39.95 for 6 months.
Compare that to the price for publishing in your local paper "classifieds", and the fee is not nearly as bad as it sounds.
