The "Make Me Move" feature is for someone contemplating the sale of their home and has not listed it for sale yet... basically they're saying "Pay this amount and I'll sell"

For the more adventurous sellers who are looking for a strong agent it can also mean... "Who has the courage to approach?"...

I've found people selling their home "For Sale By Owner" looking for agents that are active and aggressive this way.
