It's pending closing. The contract is ratified and an agreement has been reached with no contingencies. It's standard in the process.

The offer on the property has reached a irrevocable stage where all of the terms and conditions have been met.  The contract is now just waiting on the closing date.  This varies from state to state but this is per NC Real Estate rules.

Pending means a home is under contract for sale. In this climate, if you are in love with a home, you should have your realtor check on the status periodically, since inspections vary as do appraisals and not all deals go through. Hope this helps!

That means it is in the process of being sold.  It probably is going through escrow right now.  You can always keep an eye on it and hope it comes back out on the market if you really love the home.

Pending is where the seller and buyer have reached an agreement on the purchase/sale of a property. From there, the purchase is possibly inspected and financing is further processed. Some pending properties fall out of contract for various reasons. If you have a property of interest in the pending status, keep watch as it might come available again. :) Best wishes in your pursuit!

It usually means an agreement has been reached, but they have not yet closed.
