It appears you claimed your home today, which is a good first step. I don't see that any edits have been saved under your profile information. , Sometimes it takes 10 or 15 minutes to synch between all the servers.
The lack on note in the history of edits suggests something has gone funky. Did you click on the box saying that you were the owner, as well as "save changes"? Did you make sure you didn't bump into the 15 minute time out window? There is no reason not to do the edits bit by bit watching the clock to avoid the time out window (that means nothing is saved)
