If you are the seller, it will come from the proceeds of sale before anything is dispersed to you. If you are the buyer, make sure you follow up that it has been removed from the title. You don't want to refinance a few years from now to find out there is a cloud on the title. http://www.MarylandHOMESTeam.com/
