If you are the owner, you can claim your house and edit your home facts on Zillow yourself if you want them to show up on the site. They have a video here that might help you get started. It shows you how to claim your house and edit your home facts like square footage, bed/bath count, etc. You have to claim your house before you can edit anything. Often the info that is wrong comes from the public record, but you can update it on Zillow immediately. If the updated home facts change your Zestimate, I had read from a Zillow mod that it might take up to 6 weeks to show up in the numbers. I think mine took about 3 weeks to show up, so it may vary a bit.
