You are in the right path. Seem to be in a good financial situation. What you can afford  will be better stated by a trusted lender.  Now remember that you do not have to spend all the money they qualify you.  You do not want to be house poor and might want to do other things.
Best of luck

You need to sit down with a good Mortgage Broker in your area and talk to them. I know you want a quicky answer, but it's like going on line and telling doctors you have a cough and asking what disease you have. Are you married or single? Kids? Single Family Residence or Condo? Union dues? Child Support? Any judgements? How long on your job? Expectation of continued employment? Car payments? If not, do you rely on public transportation and what is your commuting costs? The internet tries to make this all sound so easy, but we get too many buyers who go online and call us and say they want to look at $600,000 homes because they used a mortgage calculator on line and they know that's what they can afford.

If what you shared is everything and all of these other answers are 0, you will qualify for about  $450,000 single family home with 20% down payment or a mortgage payment of around $2000 Principle, Interest, Taxes and Insurance (PITI).
