Check the resolution. Perhaps reduce the resolution some and try again.
It is likely a bandwidth problem. Zillow does "time out" when a photo or page doesn't load in a timely manner. It doesn't always tell you it timed out, sometimes still spinning that spinning thing.
You can also try a different internet connection, or a different time of day. Night time is usually good though due to less internet traffic.
If you have a browser with lots of other things open (like AOL), that is the cause. Close all the other windows/tabs the browser is trying to do, and if using AOL, trash it and load Firefox instead.
