There are misprints also, you may just want to check public info at the town (not online) as the most accurate info can be found at the town hall. If someone accidently typed a few extra 0's you can clearly see that and it's not necessarily someone trying to deceive potential buyers. Yes people can exagerate but it's up to the buyer to verify information both online and at your town offices. hope this helps.

Yes, people can put in incorrect information into the owner's info. What does it really matter?
If someone is looking to purchase it, they can spot the lies in about 2 seconds.
I noticed one house was edited from 900 square feet to 90,000 square feet. Interestingly the lot remained at 4,000 and the photo didn't suggest a very tall building. Oh well!
