what is a 30-day change?

i was looking at a house on this website and bellow it says 30-day change what does that mean? someone tried to tell me it was the payment.. but i know thats not right

"30 day change" is the change in the Zestimate over the last 30 days.
It has nothing to do with payments, you are correct
