Yes, this is really quite simple, it is someone who has not even listed the house for sale. Maybe they will at sometime, but not now. Of course, if you offer a dream price they might accept the offer anyways.

1. the person is causually interested in selling it and will do so for that price.
2. the person wants to sell but didn't want to pay a listing fee on here and didn't want to list with an agent.
3. the person isn't sure if they want to sell...they are feeling things out
4. some other 4th thing that I can't think of.
best thing to do to know for sure...contact them from the link on the property and ask directly.
