I believe that a territorial view is generally used to describe a broad "open space" view that is relatively unobstructed. Occasionally, some sellers use it to refer to views where all you can see from the house is land that you own or public lands, with no visible neighbors.

For those that don't know where it is: look under Editing Home Facts: View and you'll see it.
