Costs can be as little or as much as you want to pay based on a few criteria - call me for a quick analysis or fill it out on the website for a quick response. You want to talk to an expert in the business someone on your side. If you perhaps are even thinking of refinancing or selling or buying we have the appraisers that give you Exact values,  i can let you know prior to engagement if you dont have a lender www.1stmetropolitan.com/aroman

Good Morning: There is a good faith estimate to provide you a estimate
of closing costs. The most important thing is to have complete knowledge of what you are paying for. If you donot have a Mortgage Broker to assit you with this process our mortgage division will be glad
to email you a good faith estimate line item by line item of what you are paying for and your options. Remember the Power of Suggestion today is knowledge.
Any assistance. Please email me
Best Regards,
Autum Urling

This depends on a number of factors not least of which is are you a buyer or seller? If you are a seller, how much commission have you agreed with your realtor? When is the estimated closing date? Who is paying for the title policy? Are there HOA fees?
