Are you asking where to find Zillow's estimate value, the Zestimate?

To do so, start at the home page, enter your address, click on the blue button at the right end of the row.   Then (if your home is in the data base) you'll see a pop up box on the map.   Click on the address in the box to get to the home details page.

Hello,

From a selling standpoint, the best way to determine the value is to have an experienced real estate agent like myself visit your home and review the location, condition and features of your home.

A home is worth what someone is willing to pay.  Our job, as realtors is to determine the approximate market value and market the home close to what we believe will be the sale price.  The market will then determine the actual price and then, if the buyer is obtaining financing, the bank will appraise the value for the loan prior to making the loan commitment.
