Although going to the public MLS site will give you an indication of what others are asking for their properties, it will not tell you what buyers are willing to pay.  The key in pricing your property is knowing what actually sold and for how much.

To get this information you would need to get an agent prepare a professional Comparative Market Analysis.  You can do your own but it will take a lot of research on your part.  An agent has the right tools and most importantly the market knowledge, and first hand experience with properties nearby yours.

Alternatively, you can hire an appraiser to estimate how much is your home worth.

You can also do your own research with http://www.nwrealestate.com/nwrpub/ which is the public access to the MLS.  It is updated as often as real estate agents get updates.  There is no registration, no annoying phone calls, etc.  This would be the most up to date information you could get.
Or, I would be glad to give you the value if you give me some information.  I would need your address (or I can probably find you on the internet), upgrades that are above the standard in your area and any other item that makes your home more valuable (maybe you have a community shared item, or access to something that others in Duvall may not have, etc).  Also, what timeframe do you want to sell.  If you need to sell within 30 days then the value is lower than if you are willing to wait 90 days.  If you are just wondering the value then it would be a different value than if you were thinking of selling.

Zillow does not do appraisals or give a definitive "value", but you can get a Zestimate here. On this site you can go to the front page type your address in the box next to the"Find Homes" menu and hit the blue GO button. You should see a map and Zestimate value come up if Zillow has one available. You will not know how much your house is really worth until you have found a buyer willing to buy, but Zillow is a good place to start doing some research. You can also ask an agent for a CMA or hire an appraiser for a more specific idea of value. Hope the info helps.
