Total 8 rooms with 3 beds and 2 baths – so I am assuming unit 1: 3 rooms 1 bed / 1 bath and unit 2: 5 rooms, 2 bed / 1 bath. I would be happy to discuss with you off line. There are a lot of active buyers in Everett looking for a two family. If the basement can be finished and or attic space can be finished is a plus – parking is also important.
