Only a certified appraiser can provide the bona fide appraised value. Other real estate professionals, such as Realtors, can provide a market analysis to interpret the market data and determine current market value. They can also provide the town's declared assessed value on any property. 564 Lee Court backs to Rt 208, which does affect the valuation compared to other homes in a prime location, and closed on 5/29/2010 for $535,000.

Zillow doesn't do appraisals or give market values, but you can get a Zestimate, recently sold houses in the area and more neighborhood trends like the Zindex here Type the address in the "Find Homes" box, hit the blue GO button and the neighborhood map and house should come up if Zillow has it available. Zillow is a good place to start researching a home's value. I would look and the recently closed houses that are similar by the square foot and the Zindex for the zip code on the charts page. They always help me. If you need more recent information you can contact an agent for a CMA or hire an appraiser to help you.

Hi Jersey,
That house has been on the market forever. It was originally overlisted at $719,900 in March 2007, and reduced many times. But today it was reduced to $550,000 and at that price it's probably going to attract some offers. It does need some updating; you can obviously tell that from the pictures. But $550,000 in Franklin Lakes is not often seen. If you have any other questions, just ask!
