For 2013, the median home price in Ashland, Oregon was $325,000.  This is up 9.2% from the 2012 median price of $297,950.

Keep in mind that Ashland's median prices are higher than the rest of Jackson County.  For 2013, the median price for all of Jackson County was $195,000.  If you're buying or selling in Ashland, best to use just Ashland as your benchmark numbers.

Hope that helps!
