If you are a first time buyer or a investor and you don't have experience on auction, is better that you find a realt estate agent or someone this have experience on this to, before you move forward.

Hi,
 The Miami Dade County Court has a site.  Be very careful, it is tricky and yolu may be offerinf on a lien and not a conod.  And you must have people in place to do lien checks on properties.  It is not for th einexperienced!!
