Two answers. The best? Pay for an apprasial, will cost you between $300-$500 & this is what the banks use when obtaining a loan on a property. Best "free" way of doing it? Speak with local agent or Realtor who knows your area (I would start with Jay since he took the time to answer your question & is in your area). If you are asking cause you are considering selling, he may be wiling to run the numbers for you if you in return use him to list your property if you do sell. Either way please keep in mind, you have a lot of inventory in your area in what many are calling the worst market since the Great Depression.
