Actually this is the lease price, not the sales price, or so I assume.  There is no way to differentiate as far as I can tell aside from the price level and the fact that I know the KWLS (Keller Williams Listing Service) doesn't differentiate between for sale and for lease on the websites listings are syndicated to.

Missing three zeros. I've noticed the same problem when people enter the 'Make Me Move' price. They always seem to omit 3 or more zeros.
