Hi Jonathan,

It depends on many factors including the neighborhood and age of the property.  For example, Bernal Heights typically has smaller lots (~1750 sq ft) where as in the Sir Francis Woods or Ashbury Heights, there are significantly larger lots.  In Sf, many are typically 2500sq ftor smaller smaller.

Lot sizes vary throughout the city, but the most common is 25 feet wide and 100 feet deep.
