The HOA dues for unit 1702 at Coral Ridge Towers (a CO-OP 55+ Building) is currently at $414.00 per month. It is a Penthouse Unit listed for sale at $250,000 dollars.
The best to answer your insurance ?? would be an insurance agent but it should not be extremely high in cost. Being a condo (co-op) you would fall into the Buildings Umbrella policy. Though you will need hurricane insurance now as per new laws.
