I believe how the "Make me Move" on zillow.com is a place for you to advertise a price you would need in order to sell your home (i.e. if you are not presently looking to sell, but would entertain selling if there were interested parties).

However, this does not place your home for sale on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) nor does it start the process of getting your house listed with a professional agent.

Hope this helps

It means that the property is not entirely on the market but the owner (who claimed the property on Zillow) is willing to sell it for their asking price. For more information, please click here.

Thank you.

The price someone would have to hit for you to move out of your house (eventhough it may not really be for sale).  More good stuff on MMM here
