Your best answer will come from asking an occupant of the area what the fees are, and what is included in the fee. Good Luck!

There are VERY FEW CCRs that would take issue with pets. 1. If you want a copy of the CCRs, go to the County Recorder across Cherry St from the courthouse, and ask for a copy. They will, most likely, show you how to look up the document, and then make a copy. 2. Another way to obtain a copy of the CCRs is to ask a local Realtor to get a copy. 3. If you live there, you were provided a copy of the CCRs when you bought the place. 4. Lastly, if you want a copy of the CCRs and don't want to do any of the above, go to a homeowner in the area, and ask if they have a copy of their CCRs, and would they PLEASE let you look at them for a bit to find the answer to this question? Good Luck!
