You need to understand MrsScontee that the agent that is listing the house is represesenting the seller. You probably want to get a buye'rs agent to represent you and look after your best interest. A good agent will share with your information the other side doesn't want you to know. You do not pay them their fee. It has already been taken into consideration when pricing the home.
