Hello. Zillow does not give appraisals or market values, but they do have an estimate of value called a Zestimate. You can go here type your address in the empty box at the top of the page and hit the blue GO button. If Zillow has your house, a map will pop up. Click on the address for more info including recently sold comps in your area. Zillow is a good place to start doing research about your value. You can also call a local realtor to do a CMA or hire an appraiser. Hope the link helps.

Where is your property located in Mount Vernon?  The best way to determine the value of your property is to contact a local Realtor.  Since real estate is local, they will take into consideration comparable properties that fall within your tax district.
