what is wrong with your calculations?

how could our house at 20424 ne 64th place, redmond, wa 98053 possibly only be worth less than 800,000 when we bought it for 1,600,000 in 2010 and it's over 6000 square feet.  your estimate tools are seriously off.

What appears to be wrong is there is a duplicate from when the property was for sale.  You'll probably like this one better.   (I flagged the duplicate for you so Zillow customer service can remove it.  It usually takes about a week)

Welcome to one tool doesn't fit all.....we see this all the time on Zillow and values can vary up to 70% in either direction. Don't take it personal, it is what it is.......you can provide input with Zillow to get a more accurate Zestimate.
 
It's like a Medical website taking information from a form you fill out online and coming up with a diagosis of your ailment........exactly.
