what type of flooring has the best resale value when home is put back on market within 6 mths.

I am redoing our huge walk-in pantry- approx 40 - 50 sq ft.  Changes we made include - replacing 2 wire shelves with a large stainless steel wall pot hanger - 4 feet long and approx 1 foot from wall (has 4 rows to hang pots from); vinyl tile backsplash so pots don't mar wall, extra shelf above pot hanger (house has 10 ft ceilings).  Pantry currently has the original carpet (berber) and it is 13 yrs old.  This is a 3000 sq ft home in off of Carrollwood village

Question is -- What type of flooring has the best resale value when the house goes on the market in approx 6 months. Flooring we are considering are as follows:

(1)  matching vinyl flooring with wood tranisition piece - we have enough left from the backsplash to do the floors. This is a luxury vinyl by armstrong - 18 x 18.

(2) vinyl floor planking with wood tranisition piece - looks and feels like wood.  Has wood grain look 

(3) ceramic tile - we have 9 16 x 16 pieces of the kitchen tile left and I have found a ceramic tile very close to the kitchen tile - only difference I can see is that the orig tile has a bevel edge and a raised texture.  Orig tile can go from kitchen and flow into the main area of the pantry with the new tile surrounding the orig tile. Most of the new tile will be under shelving.

(4) ceramic tile completely different in color and texture then kitchen tile with a transition piece.

(5) a wood laminate with a transition piece.

Remember this is a walk in pantry and I thought that vinyl would be the best choice because if something is dropped on it, it won't break, crack, or chip like ceramic tile.  I like the vinyl wood planking best, but we do have enough of the blacksplash vinyl to do the whole floor and I like the idea of using what we have.
