If only I had a crystal ball....no one knows for sure, but my guess is it will still be a buyers market.

For 2 years time they will drop even lower. Even if they somehow did manage not to drop they would not rise much if at all. There is no reason to hurry with a buying decision unless you want only THAT property and no other.

Renting could cost more but buying a house will be cheaper. They are still overpriced by historic norms.

Look at this to see why this is likely. House prices went into a bubble. Bubbles live and die in a well defined way. This shows what that looks like.
