Strangely enough, although your house is sandwiched between 2 homes that are on the Alameda Historical building list, yours isn't on the list.
Your neighbors house are classified as "S" which says the property is a historic resource distinguished by its architectural, historical or environmental significance, eligible for inclusion in the State HIstoric Resources inventory an of secondary prioirty for inclusion on the list of Alameda Historical Monuments. Many of these are also eligibel for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. Others would be eligible if design integrity were restored;
It's quite possible that your house has undergone some remodeling or renovation that removed some of its distinctive architectural details and rendered it not qualified to be on the list.

Wow it looks like the house was built in 1885! That's an oldie. You might be able to ask the local historical society or the assessor here if they have any old photos or ariel maps showing the house. Many areas do and it's neat to see how an area has grown up around an old house.

You will find that information on the property details page for your home (click here)
My experience is that homes of that age tend to have numbers that put them in the right couple of decades, but the years are perhaps over precise
