Depends on how Zillow is getting the information (directly from your broker, from a third party, etc.).  A great question to ask when interviewing Realtors is "how will my listing get syndicated to sites like Zillow if I list with you, and how long does that normally take".

It really depends on your local MLS provider.  In my area, zillow had my listings the same day they were loaded into the MLS.  I imagine it is different for each one, but Zillow has been very fast in my experience.

It depends on the approach your agent is using to get the property to Zillow.  Have you asked your agent what approach they use to advertise on non-MLS sites?

If your agent's MLS is syndicated with Zillow (and  most aren't) it usually appears within a day or two.

If your agent puts it on manually, it usually appears within 30 minutes to a couple of hours.  If they use postlets or point2 or vflyer, usually within 24 h.  If they use a broker's feed to Zillow, usually within 24 h.

It is not so much up to Zillow since Zillow just displays what is sent to them. It depends on how fast the listing is sent to them, if at all. Many MLS systems send listings to many online companies. Mine show up here in a day because our MLS uses ListHub to distribute listings and updates.
