I went over and asked the new owner as they were moving in. So it must have closed thanks melinda

Thanks for letting us know. We receive sold data after the County recorder processes the deed; usually in a few weeks.

Actually most of our data currently comes form local government -- your County recorder or assessor's offices. We are enhancing that database though by allowing users to contribute -- expect to see much more of that on Zillow.

Zillow doesn't actually post sold information, unless the Owner or Realtor has submitted that information. Zillow relies on it's user's for it's knowledge base. This can be good and bad. In this case bad because it doesn't look like the listing was even posted on Zillow. The easiest way to find out this information may be to call a Realtor. I get calls everyday from people just wondering what their neighbors house sold for.
I looked this property up on the Multiple Listing System and it looks like it is still Under Contract, meaning there isn't any Sold information until closing.
