Very Possible! Never, Ever pay for a foreclosure list.  Any Delaware Realtor can provide you with a list.  You also can get a list for short sale properties. Have you dealt with many foreclosure or short sales? You can contact me at [email removed by Zillow moderator]Good Luck!

Never ever pay for a list!  Contact a local Realtor to help you with foreclosures that have already been through the sheriff sale process and ready to sell!  You can look up sheriff sale properties online!  Best of luck!

Foreclosure lists are provided by individual counties (Kent, New Castle, etc.). The sheriff's office is the entity responsible for conducting the foreclosure sales. Do a google search for the sheriff office for a particular county, then look for the link to the SHERIFF'S OFFICE . Ex: Kent county Delaware foreclosure sales. All you have to do is look for the phrase SHERIFF'S SALES

Of course it's possible. Any Realtor licensed in Delaware will have full access to that information. And most any Realtor would be glad to provide it to you for free.

Contact a local realtor and ask them to send you listings for bank owned homes. They can also set other search criteria to match your requirements. It has been my experience that foreclosure websites charge a fee.
