The best place to start is to call a local realtor. Most Realtors will provide you with a market analysis at no charge. They will know your neighborhood's actual market value and avgerage lenght of time to sell.  
Once you have the market value it will help you determine if you want to sell or not.

To find out the true value of your home you should hire an appraiser.  To find out an opinion on what your home would sell for in today's market contact a local Realtor and have them prepare a CMA.  To get very frustrated check out your Zestimate!
