Hi Pam,
Once you log in go to the My Zillow tab.
Click on account settings on the right side and make sure you have this box check marked:
Listing report: Monitor and manage activity on your listings.
Once that is done you should start receiving Listing Activity reports in your email. It will show how many times your property has been viewed.
I am then able to forward to my clients which they are very happy with!
